Sound familiar?

You're always overbooked—but only realize it mid-week

Another client emails asking for "just 10 more hours." You say yes. By Wednesday, you're drowning.

Harvest tracks your time, but not your capacity

You know where your hours went. You have no idea how many hours you have left.

Your spreadsheet is always out of date

You built a capacity tracker. It worked for two weeks. Now it's a graveyard of good intentions.

You say yes, then regret it

Without knowing your true availability, every "yes" is a gamble. And you keep losing.

There's a better way

What if you could see your entire week—before it happens?

capacity planning dashboard that updates in real-time.

Set your weekly hours.(40? 35? You decide.)
Allocate time to projects.(20 hours on Client A, 15 on Client B...)
See what's left.(5 hours remaining? You can take that call. 0 hours? Politely decline.)
Watch actual hours roll in.(As you log time in Harvest, Crow's Nest shows if you're on track or falling behind.)

No spreadsheets. No guessing. No double-entry.

Just clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions

I already use Harvest. Why do I need this?

Harvest is great for tracking where your time went. Crow's Nest shows you where your time should go—and whether you have any left. It's the planning layer Harvest doesn't have.

Is this another tool I have to maintain?

Nope. Connect your Harvest account once, and Crow's Nest syncs automatically. Your weekly planning takes about 5 minutes—less time than updating a spreadsheet.

Will it be accurate?

Your actual hours come directly from Harvest in real-time. As you log time there, it appears here. No manual entry, no stale data.

I have a spreadsheet that kind of works...

Does it auto-update when you log time in Harvest? Does it warn you when you're over capacity? Does it take 5 minutes to plan your week? If not, you might be ready for an upgrade.

Is this for teams or individuals?

Crow's Nest is designed specifically for solo freelancers—one-person businesses who use Harvest. There are no team features, and that's intentional. Tools like Float and Resource Guru are great for teams, but they're overkill (and overpriced) if you're working alone. Crow's Nest is right-sized for you.

What if I don't use Harvest?

Right now, Crow's Nest requires a Harvest account to sync your time data. If you're considering switching to Harvest, this is a great reason to do it.

Where is my data stored?

Crow's Nest is hosted in the European Union and is fully GDPR compliant. Your data stays in Europe, protected by EU privacy laws.

What data do you access from Harvest?

Only what's needed for capacity planning: your clients, projects, and time entries. We never access your invoices, payment information, or any financial data. Your billing stays between you and Harvest.
